An ICF credentialed Executive and Leadership Coach and a seasoned People and Culture leader with over two decades of global experience shaping talent ecosystems.
Her work lives at the intersection of coaching, talent strategy, and community building, helping organisations grow through clarity, capability, and culture.

Co Founder
Recha Paliwal
A senior finance and planning leader with 16+ years at Shell, she has held roles including CFO for the Hazira Group of Companies and leadership positions across global planning, retail finance, and business development.
She currently leads the global Group Planning function for IT at Shell, and brings a sharp commercial, strategic, and systems lens to business growth and decision making.
Also contributes through mentoring startups via Shell’s e4 program and serving in leadership roles with CII’s Indian Women Network.
